    The next catalyst is based on upcoming AGMs

    Japara Friday 21st Oct
    Regis Friday 28th Oct

    Then Estias AGM.

    Sadly the shorters have effectively won this battle so far - even a takeover could easily get done at 3.15. Effectively Regal would get their money back + divi. Very disappointing.

    Hopefully Estia announces before the agm new board appointments and confirms CEO
