    i just don't know where this announcement is and i am getting tired of waiting for some action.....i am starting to wonder- does management have what it takes to run this potentially profitable project. It is now the last week in feb and we are yet to be advised who will be the jv partner. I am shore this advice will have a positive impact on the sp but the delay in the announcement has dampened shareholders spirits.
