I averaged into NHC at 172c over the last 9 months, so got in a little early.
The last month volume has picked up a bit and the closing auction has been relatively strong.
Before then it was definitely trading listlessly.

The New Acland expansion land court hearing is dragging on and is no doubt a big drag on the share price.
Would be good to get an opinion on progress from an unbiased observer, any out there?

Looking forward to getting a view on how the Bengalla purchase impacts results. Hopefully the money was well spent.

I agree, in a few years <150c will look like a steal, but in the meantime it's like watching paint dry.
