The problem with a lot of these stocks is their potential and the time the potential can take. Some people think that potential == good share price. It doesn't. If you want to profit from potential, you have to wait. That might be what's going on here. Perhaps a long term share holder who has had enough and decided to put his/her money to work whilst this one sticks with it's potential.
Myself, i can wait. I'm expecting to wait 18 months or so.
