why would WHC (or anyone else for that matter) mount a takeover when some sellers are silly enough to sell to them at 85c ?
The buyer keeps renewing 50,000 buy positions at 85c and sellers are providing stock - why would you do that when $1.10 is just around the corner !?!
Can't be that much free stock around so it must stop soon.
Still waiting for Board and management to respond to Macquarie .......
