price seems to be deliberately suppressed... There was no order at close till 20secs at 4.09pm... I put a small order at 17c last 20secs, and quickly sell order was put at 16.5c to make it close 16.5c..... Couple days 2 shares were put right in the last minute at 16.5c to make it close 16.5c.... Certainly games being played to keep price below 17c....
