The first three or four days it was there the winds were very light<5knots so don't understand why it wasn't allowed to dock and load. Now the winds are around 30knots so I can understand why it can't dock.
I believe our dedicated tug boat, SL Cook is moored at Stanley with its GPS off.
They mustn't have been ready to accept the vessel when it arrived last Thursday for whatever reason.
Still a bit of a concern that there are no other expected arrivals given it's a 17day trip from Asia.
