This thing has been capped and downwardly manipulated from before the GFC...the GFC just made there job a lot easier.

My initial take, it that the cappers (most obvious in the previous days at 20 cents and 25 cents) have been loosing more shares they they want because some genuine new buying interest has emerged. This is my positive spin on it. Whenever I've gotten my hopes up in the past, they inevitably returned. The sheer fact that there are no sellers at all at the moment is very heartening.
