Could be a big dilution on the way here IMHO ...Suspect this company needs cash and fast .. a big cap raise "may" be just around the corner...why? ...
1. well last qtly (as at 30th April) had the cash balance at $123k and we are now near the end of the qtr
2. As an indication of the qtrly cash burn in the Jan - Mar 2012 Qtr the cash spent was $126k
So they must be sitting near empty right now...
Also they will need to raise a significant amount of cash to acquire the Korean Graphite projects assuming the Due Dil pans out Ok.
I think it safer to wait for the Cap raise before entering ...
All is IMHO DYOR to Confirm
