In relation to what its worth I'll look a bit more into the coal asset and get back to you on what I believe it could be worth, I'm sure there is probably someone more across coal here than me that can weigh in on this discussion.

Keep in mind that it could take 24months plus to get a mining lease granted from NSW. So no coal coming out of the ground for a while yet. But a great asset to have.

I think the only catalyst for an increase in share price at the moment is the granting of the mining license
