Yes I agree with you in that it’s most likely not someone manipulating the price lower. It’s understandable sellers would be around when the company’s share price has been on a downward spiral for years with management having a terrible track record of overpromising and not delivering. Given where the share price is at, you may also just have investors ‘cleaning up’ there portfolios.
