One would have to be pretty dumb to try to talk down or short APG at this price and I don't blame you having doubts given the company's track record. However, the entry point cannot be based on price alone. At this stage, I see 3 entry points:
1. When finance is arranged to complete the test. This is done, although not the best deal in the world but given the circumstances I cannot see how they can raise the funds otherwise - small top up, now is the time.
2. When the testing is complete and the results prove the technology - medium top up, hopefully in June/July.
3. When the first contract is signed - big top up, like buy anything on offer but only God knows when.
