I still do not understand why you guys are scare of Bergen. If APG can issue shares at 10 or 20c, they would have done so. They did, remember BHP, Kronos and Orient? What does APG have to show for the millions and millions of dollars? Given the track record, if you have $1M, will you invest in APG even at 0.1c? I would rather buy the big banks in my pension fund and take home $90k a year tax free. In 8 years time I will make $1M. Again, given the track record, do you think you can recoup your capital with dividends by investing in APG for 8 years?
Bergen is just another investor, albeit a shrewd one. They are just in the market to make money, just like you and I, except they may have more money. As I said before, all they can dump the shares to is 0.1c which is 4 pips from where we are now. You may say from 0.1c to 0.2c is 100%, sounds a lot but it is not. It is only 0.1c. Dollar-wise, it is pitiful. To make a million dollars, you have to buy 1 billion shares @0.1c and sell 1 billion shares @0.2c. With APG's thin market, it could be the hardest million a trader can make and you may have to wait 8 years just to complete the transactions. You have to be quite stupid to take such risks, unless you have inside information.
Of course Bergen can sell, so can Kronos, Orient, Cremona, Leech etc. When BHP dumped their shares, APG went from 3c to 0.3c and never really recovered. What happens if any of the top holders dump theirs? Will the price go to 0.1c anyway?
And you guys are scared of Bergen? Please make some sense.
