That will still be millions of stock that will eventually come onto market, so no matter what way you look at it, it is a disadvantage. I understand we needed the funds and were out of options, however now we need another solid deal for funding that won’t dilute the shares any further, and at the same time to push the share price higher to minimise the Bergen impact. They need to focus on both getting the plant up and operational ASAP and securing further funding just in case more is needed. If I am correct we have only received the 500k and we can avoid taking up the further 500k as an option?? If this is the case and we do secure funding by other means, I hope that management will thank Bergen and send them on their way.
