Our only hope now with the way Bergen appear to do business if we are to avoid further significant dilution is that APG come good with their plan over the coming few months by proving the technologies are a go and commercially viable which in turn buyers should overwhelm sellers as the sp takes off.

So that being said if Bergen sell down at rock bottom prices but don't convert before success they could in turn have sold millions of stock at give away prices in an attempt to get a larger slice on the cheap, so the risk is there for them also if that is their strategy.
