Before Bergen jump on board, he just raised $300k at 1c, he has some cash to play with in very short term.
In Bergen annoucement, Turbott even said that the term is "minimise dilution". Really...
Now, Bergen converted just $75k at 0.5c, I think Turbott kind of learn what is going on.

Now, this APG ticket is death for next 24 months. 1million is hardly enough to finish the plant. There is no miracle to save APG. The technology and plant will be sold on opportunistic Chinese when time is due.
