There is not much of a spiral as the most they can short the shares to is 0.1c. They have a lot more to gain if the share price goes up than down. Would you short a stock at 0.1c and cover the short with shares issued to you at 0.1c? At this stage of APG's miserable life, Bergen cannot sink the ship, only management can.
