That's the thing with riv. when the buying comes, its tight. It also moves around on small volume when things are quiet. Perhaps we are starting to see some of the money from felix and GCL moving into the next coal stock. Give this thing some substantial news and its capable of gaping big time. RIV is a classic buy on down days. Looking forward to next year. dyor.
