That's a good point. Maybe Wesfarmer would pay for the waste shipping out as their raw material feed stock, then LYC's problem solved? No need for storage, no cost incurred for shipping out and license renewed. Of course if the minister's goal is to shut it down, this would not be a good point then! :O
