Sell ???

I amselling.A high percentage of these deals fall through. Not saying this one will just the odds.To often I have held thinking price would be better, and loss.I will probably sell with a limit of USD1.50, maybe higher but not more than a dime.This is a substantial gain on what I hold now but below what I sold many times more shares for last summer USD 1.73 average, at a small loss. A 40% premium is higher than deals I have seen recently.I still believe that left alone Lynascould be worth $5.00 or even $15.00 in a few years with robust REO prices.Right now REO prices are falling.Most major end markets that PMs are sold into are contracting.Yes Hybrids are growing and EVs will grow dynamically but EVs are still several years out.

Yes there isthe possibility of many things happening that could raise the price.This price is already 45% over the close yesterday. Is 65% realistic?Possible for sure but not probable.It is also possible that the deal falls through and NdPr drops another 10%,look at last 90 days. Lynas profits go to near zero and stock falls from recent levels in the AUD 1.6x range.

3 funds holdabout 25% of the stock.My guess is we will see one or two decrease their holding shortly.Also ifWES makes a tender offer to these funds and gets 16% of the shares then they are in control.
