Massey, MCE's intrisic value is around the $9.70 mark. So at it's current level it is about 7 to 8% off it's IV.
Using next year's expected earnings we get to an IV of $11.
I smell the distinct aroma of "bears on a spit". Take your chances but don't be surprise when you thought you caught a downtrend & then this one just shoots up like a rocket.
As for myself, i'll just keep buying whenever the price is below $9, not expecting it to stay there long.
I've taken my house morgage on this one, buying in at $4.98. So very happy. Beware the next announcement, it will just add fuel to the bear barbie ;-)
