Gizard, good question - who are they presenting to in the US and is anyone interested, presume if they are, homework would be going on now.

IF a US investor is interested would be great if they have to buy on mkt not via a discounted placement.

Cannot see a obvious short short term catalyst. Possible catalysts IMO

-further permission to drill on federal land
- state lease drilling
- New substantial shareholder/ JV large player

missing any?
