Agree it has very good Fe grades with contaminant levels better than most also. Also note additional iron ore exposure through holding in RHI.
GIR is a complicated beast due to all its spin-offs (and planned spin-offs) but would seem to justify its market cap on this project alone.
Most tellingly there seems to be very little short term trader interest in the stock, and long termers never have a bad word to say about it.
