Lots of companies promise things in their guidance. Let's see if they deliver. The buying interest is suspicious as there has been no updates as to progress towards their goal and yet someone seems in the know. I'd be curious if the company announces a contract, because it would confirm a leaky ship. Otherwise I'd be watching out for a p&d.
