Interesting to read the Ararat local paper archive re Arete Capital Partners and the Stawell Gold Mine reopening.
The most contentious call that NML made early on was that the SGM style gold would be present on the Eastern and Southern sides of the Granite intrusion. It was rejected by many but has since been proven correct by discoveries by NML at Irvine etc but also it seems by Arete. They are saying in this article that they have made MAJOR gold discoveries on the Eastern flank of the granite. I believe it has serious implications for the scale of resource at the Northern end of Irvine (and indeed for our prospects heading South from there for many kilometres). Admitably, KLA don't get many calls wrong of late but selling SGM to Arete for minor $$ might well prove to be one of them. GLTH and DYOR.
