I totally agree with you Rupe, more numbers are needed otherwise it is just a guessing game.Are these cft or cmt, was the test over 12 hrs or 24? From my experience (46 TJ/150K/day)and current Qld prices EPR could pull in up to 2,5 m -3m a month for 7 years.
Again more constant figures are needed. I also believe that the human factor will be an unknown number my guess will be a peak of 18-20 cents for the short term and a steadily increase when all the numbers and all the investors are on board.
