How Nexbis managed to claim a one off payment from their China business is beyond me, it actually stinks - their alleged JV partner booked no such revenue, and is now 'dead'; whispering in their last breath with the immortal promise that they will soon be profiting billions from the alleged China contract.
The words of Nexbis or the Chinese government? your choice mate.
