Not a big fan of using borrowed funds to pump the shareprice. Good short for a short term jump and helpful if you are a founder still holding shares but with restraints of trade which are about to expire.
Or a former Cullens partner with shares leaving escrow later this month, or those further bundles leaving escrow later this year.
Not so good if you are a longer term investor.
