Personally, as a young investor ( beginner) I am seeing it as a POTENTIAL good news for the long term. Except if anyone knows a bit more ( insider or professional investor)
Praemium want to continue their acquisition in a company that they already know and got a partial amount of share( 8%).
Should wait a few days-weeks to see what will happen, my sentiment is a Hold for the moment but if this get more interesting I will be looking to add more to my position. I have been holding and adding into this company for the last 2years now. And I have to say that I am happy so far
