Is the thinking here that the new pricing structure will have an effect on users moving away from BT platform seeking independent offerings? I.e the effect being that this will help stop the flow from the banks to the independents? And that if BT is doing this, then you'd also consider it a safe bet the other banks will be cutting the costs of their platforms too?
