From a personal perspective only:

*The SP is of foremost importance to me at any given time taking into account
"how much am I getting back if I HAVE, for some unforeseen reason, to Sell NOW"
and that's from where I m speaking from.

For quick trading is how fast can I have a good return against possibilities of being
stack for longer than desired.

For long term investment etc all other fundamentals are weighed on before buying
a stock and primarily the intention for CST belongs to this category
but never take my eye off the SP especially when a downtrend is indicated.

Yes, CST is looking great atm and will look much better when FDA approval is announced.
