It's not necessarily all about $$, I would think significant weight would be given to things like who provides the best chance of mining successfully and paying royalties/employment etc etc. That where POZ has positioned themselves and let all other potential bidders know their strong position via the intention to bid announcement.

Where are those final mining approvals ....need to get that bulk sampling underway.
