The facts I saw made it seem completely over the top and Hills would be in good standing. I also was told that it wouldnt go anywhere but it hasnt gone away yet. It is about the party claiming they deserve some revenue on a hospital deal they thought they were partnering with HHS on. Turns out HHS did not use them or partner with them and used another partner.
