Well i could be wrong here but from memory, only brokers can buy shares in this manner (eg. single share) and use them as an entry point. That is, they are able to buy larger packets at the same location without having to wait in the cue.
Please feel free to correct me and/or find reference of this being the case.
If that is the case, it could be a good sign that the brokers are expecting the SP to travel north and have ensured a good buy price by entering a marker.
