seliing the shares now before 6th dec;

lets say I have bought QRN, through the brokers like Comsec or E*trade or similar traders, then received information that you have been allocated certain amount of shares.But the shares have not been officially given to you by HRN.till
6th december.
Now shares being tradng and the prices hace gone up and you could make some money if you could sell your shares. but not allowed. So on the 6th december the shares suddenly gone
down for plenty people are selling off,and the price is much less than your purchase price, then you would lose some of your investment, instead of making some quick money.
Is it fair in this principle. I am new in this line, so need
so advice, if i want to buy n other new floats
