Yeah, there are a number of red flags.
Their numbers look very impressive, but the unwillingness to disclose numbers is a worry.
It's stupid considering you can work out the size of the fund by just using the estimated management percentage and then compare it to their fixed management fee. Based on this the fund is only about 3 million in size.
