SEI - Tuungsten and trump tariffs

What's the sentiment like with respects to trump 'possibly' including Australia on the exempt of 25% tariff? If it happens surely that pushes China (the largest provider of tungsten) out of the picture for others such as Canada and Australia? Thoughts? Definitely looks like a lack of demand isn't an issue possibly even the Chinese will either need to tap into more resources in their backyard or resort to others to meet their demand (Roskill info showed chinas supply is forecast to not even meet their demand). Surely a positive if the tungsten here in Oz kicks off.
