I think the seller, must be using bots to push the price up, and then selling his shares to offload. This is not a tactic to keep the price down, but rather a tactic to off load shares unnoticed.

If he wanted to cap the price, he wouldn't be using bots of order size 6 and 7 units to buy stock to push the sp up, then drop large volumes down. He'd simply drop shares into existing orders lining up to buy.
