legend, with respect to your comments, I find it hard to understand how your " review of financial information " can provide you with comfort about going forward.

This company's financial performance has been atrocious, hence where it went s/p wise. As for " other issues ", well perhaps you might like to detail exactly what you mean?

I am not being critical, because I too am a holder, but I personally consider it poor form to gloat about entry levels, when there are a whole lot of investors hurting as a result of the " financial information " this company provided to the market just on 12 months ago.

For your information, I am not one of those unfortunate investors who got burnt, I too bought in at much lower levels, but lets just wait and see what the next few months brings us shall we?
