IMO, they haven't said anything as the creditors/substantial share holders haven't done anything for over 2 year and simply place the mine in C&M, if they wanted 100% of the company they would have offered another DOCA but which court would approve it for a second time, in particular this time given they have actually disclosed low production cost.

And going by the substantial holders disclosures, there are other substantial share holders who are not these creditors and own around 204M shares, the interesting holder is it includes the 65M shares owned by Lord Ablett who was also the note holder of the DOCA but didn't take up the SCSN. So you would think they would sue the crap out of them if they are doing anything "dodgy" and we will just ride behind these big whales.

6 of the 7 Adhoc Group are the major creditors and still own 514M and the other 211M shares are retailers.
