Seeking Clarification - just a thought, page-3

Thanks AICp for your thoughts on this predicament we all find ourselves in. Cannot agree with you more.
It does concern me that we have not heard anything from our major shareholders and that any information seems to only come from investigations via this forum.
In regards to your question "can they somehow transfer these secure notes to benefit themselves through a different entity and somehow void all the current ordinary shares (our and theirs included) legally???? I can't see how, can you????" whilst I feel that this would be difficult and I cannot think how they can at this time, I do also think it is a stretch to think that this isn't on their mind at present. 100% ownership is what they were after all along and I think that the promise of huge returns may be finally coming to fruition with the recent changes with PON.

Should be an interesting next few weeks....
