The presentation notes:
"Research SpermSep devices for human and animal use developed and in use."
So maybe the funraising isn't required ahead of the additional 3 site trials, which I read as being to collect further data to confirm the efficacy of our SpermSep product/process. Further on in the presentation it says:
"Development of 2nd-generation production systems for human clinical and animal production use to commence on completion of fund raising." .......does this mean improving and refining the mouse trap? My guess is that it does and the term "research devises supports this view IMO.
You reference the last slide, which says:
"Estimated total investment to SpermSep cash flow breakeven is approximately $7 million"
I'm not sure what this means either. If they are going to the market to CR before a rationale consensus value is attributed to the PrIME passive investment on our balance sheet......then long term investors, who have borne a lot of pain, risk being substantially diluted at a time when the SP doesn't reflect or take account of the jewel in the crown IMHO.
For what it's worth I am impressed by the way the current Board is going about the task at hand and comfortable with the resolutions we are being asked to pass at the AGM. I had some initial concern about changing auditors yet again, but a second tier firm with consequent cost savings seems to make sense in the current environment.
