Think his point was more along the lines of that you can see this going from 2.2c to $1 regardless of MC, but from $1 to $70 - $100 is far less unachievable. Psychological mindset of investing - how often do you see people talking SP and ignoring MC. Same thing with buying something at $100, folks can see it heading to $1 far more easily than seeing a $1 SP head to 2.2c.
