There is no rule that the sp of CHM should be indirectly proportional to the sp of MMX. While MMX sp may drop because of concerns in regards to the matter before the court, the same concerns prevent CHM's sp from rising.

Everyone must realize by now that nothing is going to change till the matter is tried in court which is at least six months off. While MMX sp could continue to slide, it is likely that CHM will simply continue to trade in the 2-4c range.
