$150m at 5% = MMX worth $3billion. You can have 5% if you make MMX worth $3billion = aprrox $6.90 per share based on 435 million shares as per mmx website incl. options.
$250m at 5% = MMX worth $5billion = $11.49 per share
Love a good old fashioned valuation even if it's by our brothers in waiting LOL.
