Surely can't put it off until they get the rights issue done.

When is the rights issue payments due?

$300,000 short term equity easily disposed
$700,000 short term funding facility.
Total held supposably available $1,128,000

2nd trache MMX $300,000 due 9/9/08.
2nd tranche Barnes $150,000 due 9/9/08.
2nd tranche grimaldi $280,000 due & paid 7/8/08
Total owed $730,000

$398,000 positive - However upto $730,000 is a debt not payable until rights issue. We would have to assume they leave some cash on hand.

If i were CHM holder would want to know they have paid up.
