As well as a technical breakthrough, the world stock markets have been 'reverting to fundamentals' for the past 9-12 months.

Companies with either weak balance sheets or sky high PE's (usually both) have been smashed.

SNX was in the fortunate position of having a cirtually impregnable balance sheet. Watch - they will use the cash to mop up competition at fire sale prices. The company has said they have given up on share buybacks as the market does not care about these.

Also, someone must be accumulating them strongly, as volume has been pursued in the last few weeks. My average entry is $1.50 (I am sure there are people out there in far worse than me), so I am starting to look half decent again.
