A rough as guts approximation would be
190m lbs is used per year.
455 reactors in the world.
Each reactor requires 190/455= around 400 k lbs of Uranium per year.
Obviously some reactors are bigger than others so it's rough ...
Did I mention that the U for each of these 31 reactors due to start in the next 2.5 years already needs to be mined? The time taken for milling, conversion, enrichment and fabrication is considerable.
