That's the chart I saw that prompted me to make the earlier post. I'd say that chart points to something happening in the enrichment space at the start of this year. A sudden reduction in supply of SWU capacity or a sudden increase in demand. And I'd say this can only result in less secondary supply. Wouldn't you say so?
