That director buy counts as squat.
If they aren't shelling out with their own hard-earned cash they don't count. You want to see it 'on market' and with him as a direct interest or indirect with a strong personal link to the director - like his own super fund.
Love to buy back in at 1.6c but need to know something rock solid first...
